Alamo United Methodist Church Worship services are contemporary with a broad range of worship topics and hymns. Our services are officiated by both ordained clergy and lay ministers often presenting their own witness to God’s Grace.
Worship attire is a personal preference and we want our members and visitors to feel comfortable. After all God does not have a dress requirement to worship him. Come as you are and you will be welcomed. We strive to become a “go to church” by bringing ministry and the Good News of Jesus Christ to all.
Don’t forget that we also have a “Drive-by Ashes” program for Ash Wednesday. This service is for those who are unable to attend our regular Ash Wednesday Service for reasons of work or illness. Please contact our church office prior to Ash Wednesday to provide your name and location if you are unable to attend this service but still desire the imposition of ashes.
Our church is strong in the diversity of its members and this is often noted by our visitors. The fact that we may differ in color or ethnicity does not diminish the fact that we are united by our belief in Jesus Christ as the true Savior and head of the church.
